We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bonrepos-Riquet, this charming family farm entirely renovated from 2010 to 2013 with swimming pool, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers and a baby. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 500 m² and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with a beautiful height under ceiling of nearly 6 meters with TV, fireplace (ethanol not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen of about 40 m², bathed in light thanks to a workshop-style glass roof with, among other things, an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, thermomix, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area.
- A laundry room equipped with a water point, washing machine, dryer and freezer, storage space, ironing board and iron (central steam).
- Bedroom 1 : a king-size bed (180×200) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) with motorized slats, a changing table and a wooden cot with mattress.
- Room 4 : two single beds
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 10×4 meters, open all year and facing south. It is equipped with an underwater alarm. The temperature in summer is 27° on average thanks to its liner 3d anthracite.
- A beautiful garden of about 25,500 m² partially enclosed with a park planted with a truffle field and an arboretum.
- A wooden terrace of about 30 m², partly under a pergola, facing south, with a view of the Pyrenees in the background, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, fan...

The house is ideally located in Bonrepos-Riquet, in a very pleasant environment within a residential hamlet. You will be able to benefit from 5 minutes by car of all the essential shops but also in Toulouse at 15 minutes of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Around the house, we can discover many villages and their nuggets:
The castle of Pierre Paul Riquet founder of the Canal du Midi, Verfeil and the cemetery of the little model girls. Toulouse the pink city, Albi, Carmaux and the Cap'découverte, Cordes sur ciel among the most beautiful villages of France, Carcassonne and its magnificent city... For the sportsmen, beautiful hikes will be offered to you.
The house is also 1h30 from the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private outdoor parking lot closed by a manual gate of the house. Accessible to all vehicles except motor homes, it can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles.

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: in Verfeil and Gragnague at 5 minutes by car.
- Nearest train station: Gragnague station is about 10 minutes away by car and Montastruc-la-Conseillère is about 11 minutes away by car, both serving the Toulouse Matabiau station.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport located about 25 minutes away by car.

- Sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival. For longer stays, the linen can be changed once a week on request, with an extra charge (payment to our service provider on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use as well as the plancha.
- The gardener and the swimming pool operator may come by during your stay.
