Nestled on a quiet road in the coastal village of Holme-next-the-Sea, 17 Peddars Way is a superbly spacious home-from-home that offers four comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms and three accompanying bathrooms. Holme beach is a short walk away, as is the village pub, The White Horse. This hideaway is the perfect retreat for groups of adults, or for families.
Once inside, you'll soon be struck by the generous proportions of the house, with the ground floor given entirely to the living areas that include a large sitting room, kitchen/ diner, snug room and dining patio, that will easily cope with parties of eight adults. All rooms are well-connected, allowing different interests to be pursued, whilst still keeping the group together. When in the kitchen, the garden is easily accessible via the french doors that lead to the patio, and outdoor dining furniture with gas barbecue, making this an easy option for good weather days. The kitchen also gives way to the utility room, hosting the washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All four quiet, comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor. A good night's sleep can be looked forward to by all. With all beds having been dressed with fine, white linens and super-king size Hypnos mattresses, the owners have looked to provide their guests with exceptional comfort. Three modern bath and shower rooms serve the bedrooms, with the family bathroom boasting a separate roll-top bath and shower.
Outside, the aforementioned rear garden provides a secure, private space for the children, and excellent options for outdoor dining. To the front, the off-road parking area will accommodate five cars.
