We propose you to rent, on the commune of Lussan, nestled in the hamlet of Aubadiac, this charming stone house with swimming pool, of a surface of 190 m² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of two independent buildings on 4 levels around two terraces with a nice living room of 27 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
The first building
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 27 m² with fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and armchairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and dining area.
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor (access by an outside staircase):
- A living room with TV and sofa.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom and a private toilet.
- Bedroom 2: four single beds convertible into a double bed.
- A bathroom with toilet.
The second building
- Room 3 on the ground floor: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a sink.
On the first floor:
- An office space.
- Bedroom 4: A master suite, a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with WC.
Outside
- An overflowing swimming pool (private, not heated), accessible by a staircase closed by a gate, of dimension 4m30 / 3m70 and 1m20 deep.
- A first terrace at the level of the living room and the kitchen, of 20 m² with outside fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture and access to the swimming pool.
- A second terrace at the edge of the pool of 21 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fans, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Lussan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

This property will allow you to take advantage of an ideally located resting place in order to crisscross the Occitanie region and discover its authentic villages full of charm! Explore Saint-Ambroix and the ruins of its medieval castles, Barjac and its ramparts, the village of character of Lussan or Goudargues and its canal. The Gard, from the Cevennes to the Camargue, will offer you rural landscapes with endemic vegetation as well as breathtaking panoramas. Visit numerous caves like Traduc, Salamandre, Cocalière... Nimes and the museum of the romanity as well as the inescapable of the Gard, the wood of the species, the Camargue and the salt marshes of the South, the Tour Carbonnière.... That you are amateurs of discovery, adventure or still of strong sensations, a Gard escapade will fill you!
