Swallows Way is a really lovely two-bedroom property sitting pretty in the picturesque village of Briston, nestled close to the stunning Norfolk coast. This delightful holiday retreat offers comfortable and well thought out accommodation all on the ground floor, making it convenient for all guests. With the added warmth and ambience of a wood burner, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in after a day of coastal adventures. The living room really is cosy and relaxing, yet it is also light and airy making this the perfect place to sit and read, relax and chill or catch up on some box set viewing on the large Smart TV. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and offers additional kitchen storage and opens onto a small courtyard. The master bedroom features a super kingsize bed, which can also be set up as a twin by prior arrangement, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a more expansive, mature garden at the front of the property too, which is also sheltered from the road. This coupled with the very generous driveway, makes this an excellent choice for two couples travelling together as well as small families.
Briston itself is a charming village and along with its neighbour, Melton Constable offers a great deal of amenities. Surrounded by the beauty of the Norfolk countryside, you will find yourself close to the coastline with easy access to the magnificent beaches and coastal paths that await. Take leisurely walks along the sandy shores, take part in some wild swimming, build a sandcastle or enjoy an off-season blustery beach walk that is sure to blow the cobwebs away.
You will also be delighted to find that you are awfully close to the Thursford Collection with its much-celebrated Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey. And you can be in beautiful Broadlands drifting along the water in under 40 minutes. So being a great property and in a fantastic location, what’s not to love?
