Isabelle and Hervé welcome you to an old peasant house from the end of the 19th century, carefully renovated and decorated.
You can follow in the footsteps of Henry IV who lived in the castle of Nérac, where he "Conta Fleurette" in the park of the garenne at the edge of the Baïse.
We are located 5 minutes from downtown Nérac, historic town of Lot et Garonne in the Lot et Garonne.
Our cottage can accommodate between 6 and 8 people. It is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a very pleasant living room, an equipped kitchen and a large 90m2 terrace which will allow you to eat in the shade of a beautiful pergola. .
We share our large private swimming pool of 13 meters by 6 meters, heated and secure, from April to October.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the property and the host Hervé was really responsive to our enquiries. I think that overall the property is pretty good and suited our family, however it needs a little refresh in some areas. For example the parasols on poolside are all in need of a good clean or change, there are a number of loose paving slabs on poolside that are quite dangerous and the lighting from parking to gite was a constant problem and also potentially dangerous.
