Summary: This unit is dishonestly listed as an "Entire home," but in fact you will share essential spaces like the bathroom with other parties. Our 4-person room shared a bathroom with three other four-person rooms. That bathroom was a single full bathroom, meaning if the units are full you could have a double-digit number of guests to one shower and toilet. Yes, this was mentioned in passing in the description; I did not look for this because the listing said "entire home."Apparently, there is a VRBO loophole where bathrooms are "not considered shared spaces" if they are "the norm of that property type." This is of course nonsense - if the property type doesn't have private bathrooms then it does not have "entire homes," it has dorm rooms. But in this case it is especially because some of the rooms elsewhere in this building did have their own bathrooms according to the property manager's website. It is not a dorm but a house dicided into apartments, one of which is shared by four rooms of guests who get one toilet. Additionally, the room was completely different from the one pictured in the listing - it was dingier and more beat up, and the floor was not very clean.We also had a mouse in our room.I don't recommend you stay here.
