Another room of the same size features two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and also leads to the balcony. This floor also has a bathroom and a separate WC. The property boasts a large 15 square meter west-facing balcony, a 20 square meter roofed terrace with a west-facing position, and a 15 square meter patio.
