Access to the gite is via the common courtyard of the property, 2 steps lead to the private terrace (with garden furniture) and then a few more steps lead to the entrance of the gite with an entrance hall that leads to the independent kitchen with built-in appliances (fridge top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. ...), the living room (sofa, flat screen TV ...) which opens onto a veranda with garden furniture and access to the park. Then 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with an extra bed for one person, bathroom (shower cubicle), separate toilet. To share with the owners: park with trees, swimming pool (fenced, 11x5x1.80), 2 porticoes, trampoline. Central heating included in the price. Gite adjoining the owners' house but not overlooked.
