La Rocque is a beautifully renovated and well-equipped 400 year old stone farmhouse surrounded by gardens of over three quarters of an acre and situated in the lovely Normandy countryside 10kms north of Saint Lô.
The spacious accommodation is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, the living room has a beautiful beamed ceiling and a large wood burner and there is also a comfortable lounge with TV and wi-fi access. The kitchen is fully-fitted and well-equipped and there is also a utility room, a downstairs toilet and a games room with full-sized table tennis table.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor the loft has been converted to a lovely relaxing extra sitting room with beautiful beams. 2 extra people can be accommodated on the bed settee (making 12 in all). On this floor there is also another double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the gardens are great for relaxing, playing a game of boules or watching the sunset over a glass of wine.
