APARTMENT of 110 square meters, in an elegant setting, located on the first floor, consisting of: entrance, corridor, kitchen, living room with terrace, 2 bedrooms and a children's bedroom with a cot and an emergency armchair bed for unexpected guests, fully furnished and newly renovated, with modern and airy furniture, it is located a few steps from the center, the promenade, San Michele di Pagana, and the Port of Rapallo.
The beds are as follows: a double bed, a single bed that becomes a double in the second bedroom, a sofa bed that becomes a double in the living room, and a bedroom with a baby bed and a sofa bed.
A few steps, shops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, parking lots, and everything you can reach in a few minutes. You will forget your car for the whole stay!
Equipped kitchen, brand new, washing machine, television, shovels in one bedroom and air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. All rooms overlook balconies!
