Positive: Good location, sensible layout, good shower

Negative: Parking was not as advertised, in fact was largely difficult for the entire stay. No WiFi, although the owner has offered a refund. Kitchen was not well stocked with basic utensils missing, making self catering difficult. Security: the front door to the building was not secure.
