This is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It is located on the ground floor of a high-end building with its own garage for the use of visitors. In the living room, which opens onto the terrace and the garden, there is a 2-seater leather reclining sofa and a swivel armchair as well as a red leather rocking chair. On the terrace there are 2 "sun loungers" and 2 "relax" chairs as well as a metal table with 4 dining chairs for use on the terrace or on the lawn. The 47 m2 terrace faces the 50 m2 enclosed garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV, and the second bedroom has a desk and 2 adulte size single beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet and bathroom are combined. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. are provided. Free Wi-Fi is provided and NETFLIX and PRIME TV are available on the 81cm TV in the living room. A Franprix supermarket, open 7 days a week, is only 100 m away, and there are shops, banks, medical services etc. close to the apartment. The parking is in a private garage in the underground car park which is accessed from the Draio de la Mer side of the complex. An elevator is available between the garage and the ground floor with the elevator exit/entrance very close to the front door of the apartment.
