Very close to the Soulac center (800m), only ten minutes to access it on foot or in less than two minutes by bike, the central beach is 1000m, other beaches are accessible by other paths nearby also.
Ideal for large family, several couples, team or group of peaople, this house is totally household and with a lot of space in all rooms. House is composed of
five bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious of 12m2 equipped with 160cm beds, two bedrooms with bunk beds including 5 of X90cm and 2 of X140cm. Note also that in the living room there is a Moroccan corner which with benches can offer 3 additional beds. Finally, extra beds are available and can be added in rooms that are spacious, to accommodate young children. A "baby" bed is also available on site.
A 55m2 living room with "old fashion" sofas, a fire hole, as well as a Moroccan corner with television.
A kitchen equipped with convection oven, hobs, American fridge, dishwasher and adjoining cellar equipped with a laundry washing machine.
