"Castillon" is located at the border of Gard and Ardèche at the entrance of the Cévennes National Park in the heart of a small village of a dozen houses. Old stone Mas, quiet, pleasant for its freshness in summer thanks to the thickness of the walls and the green environment.
The Mas is independent, it is composed of a kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps: 3 beds 140), a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will find there all the comfort necessary for your stay: Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, TV, DVD player and WIFI. A 3000 m2 plot is attached to the MAS. A large covered terrace offers an exceptional view of the foothills of the Cévennes. - During your stay, you can also visit remarkable sites such as the Chauvet cave, the Pont d'Arc, the Cocalière cave (one of the most beautiful caves in France located 15 minutes by car from the Mas) or even go at the Anduze bamboo plantation (30 km).
- Do not miss also the nearby villages: Banne, Les Vans, Naves, Barjac, Balazuc, Ruoms and their local markets where you can find authentic Cévenols products (Honeys, Jams, Goat Cheese, Cold meats etc.). Finally, don't forget to book your table to taste some Cévennes specialties and spend a very pleasant moment at the water's edge at the "Guinguette de la Lecque", a must-see place located in Béssèges (5 km).
