Positive: The place was good. The quality of the room was great. The hotel receptionist was very kind, very helpful as much although she could not speak English, which was disappointing because understanding each other was a nightmare, She was really good at her work, she is very respectful. Made efforts to make sure that despite the language barrier, i enjoyed my stay

Negative: I didn't like the check-in process, where I was requested to give out a physical credit card at the reception to put a hold on 100Euros. That was never mentioned during the booking that I would be expected to provide a physical card. I have all my cards on my phone, which was an inconvenience. Even after my hotel was fully paid before arrival, i was asked to swipe my card to pay for tax, which was less than 5 euros. I expect all those matters to be transparent on the website or booking page. I also didn't like the location. When I booked, i thought it was close to the airport, but hell no, i was mistaken. From my experience, I felt the place was in the middle of nowhere. But there are great restaurants and they make good croissants at the hotel.
