The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building that used to be a warehouse and was renovated into apartments. Many apartment buildings in this neighborhood used to be textile shops and warehouses and as the area gentrified they were transformed into apartments that often have a loft vibe.
The Space:
Guests enter the 1BDR/ 650 sqft-60m2 apartment and are met by the large open living area with two sofas and an open kitchen. There is a table for four and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and porcelain dinnerware. Further along in the apartment you find the bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large walk in closet behind the bed. The bedroom has a queen bed measuring 160x200cm. The bathroom off of the bedroom has a rain water shower and a large bathtub.
