As you enter this mid terraced bungalow via a set of patio doors, you will head into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring Devon. The kitchen is well equipped for any chef. The compact fold-out dining table provides a great space to enjoy a home-cooked meal and the living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and a 30” Smart TV with Freeview. The outdoor communal garden is a real suntrap with a picnic table outside each property and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day ahead.
