The proximity to shops, restaurants, museums and the 400 meters to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, makes it the perfect holiday apartment. Although the apartment is located in the middle of the city, this is a quiet area. There is also a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy right nearby. The apartment is beautifully and personally decorated and very homely!
From the nice balcony you have a wonderful view of Nice and the hills that surround the city. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people and also a small cafe table with two chairs.
