Ideally located to shine on all tourist sites, 10 minutes from Ajaccio, rent a spacious T2 of 45 m2, independent, with views of the LAVA gulf and the Alata plain, completely new (2019), on the ground villa floor, where we live on site, with individual terrace and garden, less than 10 km from the first beaches (15 min) and 10 min from the first shops. Very quiet area. A car is essential.
Description / Facilities:
- an independent private entrance with space for your vehicle;
- an open and equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, coffee maker, dishes etc ...);
- a spacious lounge area with sofa (large screen TV + WIFI / internet);
- one bedroom: 140 bed (new bedding) and wall cupboard with leaves;
- a bathroom and WC;
- shared laundry room for the washing machine;
- a private terrace of 40 m2, covered, facing west, with garden furniture and deckchairs overlooking the garden where you will enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Lava.

Rental for 7 nights minimum.
Outside the summer period: arrival possible on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. July / August: exclusively on Saturdays.

- Rental exclusively for 2 people. For any additional person not scheduled with ABRITEL, you will be asked for € 20.00 / night + a flat rate of € 25.00 for household linen.
- A deposit check of 300.00 € (which will be returned to you after the inventory, upon your departure) as well as the payment of the tourist tax (not collected by ABRITEL).
