Bastide on 1 floor with swimming pool on 2500 m² of land with great calm near amenities located between Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Aubagne 20 minutes from the creeks of Cassis, with crystal clear waters.
On the ground floor, a master suite and a mezzanine office of 20 m² + Dining room / Living room open to the American kitchen (50m² of open space), a toilet.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 of 20 m² with comfortable 160 cm bed and the other children's room with 1 single bed (possibility to add 1 mattress 1 place on the floor), 1 dressing room + 1 toilet.
In total 6 beds maximum.
