Downstairs, a very beautiful living room, decorated with charm and taste, with several armchairs and benches, a beautiful stone fireplace and a piano, allows you to watch TV on a large flat screen or read comfortably. A few steps above, you have the kitchen-dining room, well equipped for 8 to 10 people, with a large family wooden table, a nice buffet containing all the dishes. In the kitchen area, you will find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven and microwave. In the cupboards, everything you need for pots, pans, pressure cookers, etc. The decoration is not forgotten either since the walls of the kitchen part are decorated with a magnificent collection of spoons from all countries! The children are not forgotten either since the garden has a beautiful covered sandbox (to avoid dirt from cats), and a sand toy box. there is also a wooden portico with 2 kinds of swings and a small slide. Finally there is a ping pong table with balls and rackets, which can be folded out on the terrace. On the terrace covered with a refreshing arbor, you have a large wooden table and 10 chairs and of course 4 sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a large lawn for napping. Two cars can easily park in front of the house which in any case is at a dead end and where it is also very easy to park. This dead end guarantees you the pleasure of being in a calm and relaxing place, away from the hustle and bustle ... A great vacation in perspective!
