- large living dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player, fireplace.
- bedroom of 23 m2 and 140 bed, large bay window overlooking the park and pool.
- bathroom and toilet.
- equipped kitchen, separated by a stone feeder, including:
- fridge / freezer, cooking piano with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.

Summary: A beautiful, well equipped, clean house with a large garden and heated pool.The kitchen has modern appliances and is spacious. The living room was comfortable with two settees and the dining area comfortably seated our party of five. A toilet, bathroom with lovely shower and utility room lead off the living area. The downstairs bedroom was part of the reason we booked this property as a member of the party has mobility issues but please note there is a large step up to it. The upstairs rooms were all clean and comfortable with an en suite bathroom with the master bedroom and also a separate toilet. The garden and pool area was great for relaxing and the table tennis table saw some use too. The house is set in quiet countryside with two other properties along the lane with friendly neighbours.The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away, the town has a selection of restaurants and shops. We visited various places including Rocamadour, Domme, Sarlat and the Millau Bridge. La Roque Gageac is a nice place for a coffee whilst watching the canoes and kayaks go by on the Dordogne river.We would certainly recommend this property, Karine was in frequent contact before and during our stay and Noelle welcomed us to the house on our arrival and ensured we understood everything before she left.A wonderful family getaway.
