You can experience energy efficiency in harmony with the environment. Located in the heart of Chartreuse and only 45 minutes from Grenoble, surrounded by numerous hiking trails starting from the house (snowshoeing tracks in winter) and just 5 minutes from the Nordic ski trails at Col de Porte and the small alpine ski resort of St Pierre de Chartreuse (7 slopes in 2024).

This house features 3 bedrooms (8 beds, possibly 10 with the sofa bed in the mezzanine + 1 crib and changing table), 1 bathroom/WC, and 1 shower room/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a laundry room, and a large terrace with garden tables and chairs, and a gas barbecue for enjoying the outdoors. For relaxation: a TV/DVD corner, a jacuzzi-style bathtub, a sauna, and a games room with a ping-pong table.
