All rooms open onto the vineyard, and at the rear, access to the private terrace, including garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs, is from the living room. This terrace overlooks the enclosed, shaded pleasure garden with children's play area. It will be a haven of rest and relaxation for you, perfect for recharging your batteries and fully enjoying the attractions of our region.
Ground floor: Living room (TV, MP3 player, DVD player, Wi-Fi) with access to the private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) and enclosed, shaded pleasure garden with children's play area. Equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, and fridge-freezer.
UPPER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer. Separate toilet.
Upon request, a baby bed, high chair, and safety gate can be provided to secure access to the stairs.
The shed serves as parking.
