Beautiful, very quiet location just 400m from the beautiful sandy beaches of the seaside resort. The classic and at the same time modern holiday home was expanded in 2021. It is located on a 1,600 square meter Mediterranean-style garden property with hydrangeas and palm trees. The tasteful furnishings offer excellent comfort and plenty of space in the living area. 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the open area (staircase without a door) above the living room, guarantee retreat opportunities for everyone and here you will also find an ideal place for the home office. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom are on the ground floor. You will be happy to prepare Breton recipes together in the well-equipped kitchen. The pretty commune is located at the mouth of the Aber Benoît, which meanders between fields and forest landscapes and is known for its delicious oysters (Prat-ar-Coum and Prat-ar-Vilin), which are a must for any gourmet. St. Pabu is rightly proud of its beautiful sandy beaches. No wonder, then, that the municipality was able to quickly blossom into a popular bathing resort. Take the time to stroll along the coastal path: surely the best way to fully appreciate the beauty of the coast. At low tide you can reach the small offshore islands with their bizarre rock formations without getting your feet wet. Fresh fish, mussels, but also excellent goat's cheese are offered directly from the producer in the vicinity.
