Brook Cottage, a charming brick and flint cottage on the Kelling Estate is newly renovated and boasts a stunning open plan kitchen/dining room, a private garden and terrace with magnificent countryside views. Ground floor: Gravel path leading to front door opens into: Dining Room: with dining table and chairs, staircase and fireplace with woodburner, feature beams and wood floor, flowing into Kitchen: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Door to Utility room with washer/dryer and door leading to rear garden. Door to Ground Floor Bedroom: with Super King Hypnos bed and ensuite shower room with WC, Shower and Washbasin. Lounge: with comfortable sofas, smart TV and door leading onto terrace. Staircase leading to:

First Floor Landing: leading to Family Bathroom: with bath, WC and Washbasin. Door to: Bedroom with sloping ceilings and Super King Hypnos bed, which can be made into twin beds (please advise upon booking). Door to: Bedroom with single bed and trundle bed (perfect for a child - please advise upon booking if required).

Garden with a paved patio area and shingle, perfect for BBQ's or just to sit and relax in. There is plenty of parking with a short walk up a gravel to the front door.

In addition Brook Cottage offers a coal BBQ, free Wifi, Smart Freesat TVs, DVD and Bose Wave Music System. Also local information, maps and guides and a selection of books, games and puzzles. We also provide a travel cot (please bring own bedding), high chair, dog bed, bowls and towels and logs for the wood burner in the autumn and winter months.
