Positive: Location, cleanliness, flat temperature, security perfect.

Negative: We stayed in flat number 3 on the first floor. The guests above us were quite noisy. They were a fairly young group, and it being New Year's Eve was enough to overlook this issue. However, I can’t say the sound insulation was excellent.
