Positive: The staff at the chateau are all very professional and friendly. The building is very impressive with nice grounds. Our room was very spacious with nice features such as vintage furniture, black out shutters, TV and a fan/heater. The artwork was also very nice. We sat outside the chateau in the evening and really enjoyed the surroundings. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was good value.

Negative: Our room was on the second floor and there was a very overpowering smell of cooking on that floor, presumably from the kitchen area on that level. It was quite unpleasant.

Summary: Beautiful building with friendly staff.
