We propose to you to the rent, in Gruissan, this charming chalet to 200m of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers (and 4 additional children). It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 2 for children: a bunk bed plus a third pull-out bed (single bed)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- Laundry room with combined washer/dryer

On the first floor:
- A 15 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, Wifi included, armchair and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 3 : a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed plus a third pull-out bed (single bed)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A terrace of 20m² with with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Gruissan, in a very pleasant environment. Charming village and port at 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike (cycle track). You will be at 5 minutes walking distance from all shops : grocery store, bakery, tobacco/press, restaurants...
