We offer for rent an old house full of charm of 220sqm, totally renovated in 2015, very bright (triple exposure), ideal to accommodate one or two families. It has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people.
Without any vis-à-vis and quiet, the house has a large enclosed garden, as well as a terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.
The house is structured as follows :
- On the ground floor : large living/dining room with fireplace, open kitchen fully equipped (induction, two ovens), veranda, laundry room, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, an independent toilet, a shower room.
- First floor : one large bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, three bedrooms each with a single bed, two bathrooms, independent toilet.
A folding crib and a high chair can be provided on request.
There are many activities nearby : beach, fishing, sailing, hiking, golf, mini-golf, horse riding… The Frémur estuary and the surrounding countryside offer superb hikes immediately accessible on foot as you leave the house. The centre of the village of Saint-Briac, where you will find all the shops, is at three minutes by car and less than fifteen minutes on foot. The beaches are five minutes away by car.
Cleaning at the end of the stay as well as all the bathroom linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) are included. Wifi is also provided.
