Located 2 km from Neuvic-sur-l'Isle (shops), this detached, single-story house of 120 m² comprises a large open-plan living area with dining room, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen. It has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160 cm). There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The property benefits from electric heating and air conditioning. The enclosed garden measures 1000 m². A terrace with an awning and parasol is provided, along with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and an electric griddle. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, and baby bath) is available upon request. Electricity, including heating, and linens are included. Towels are €10 per person per change, and bed linens are €15 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €80. Situated in a village with all amenities and shops, a leisure center, and a cycle path along the river (two adult bicycles are available), our gîte is the ideal starting point for exploring the Périgord region.
