Attention, the parking space is located in the first basement of a car park with an elevator for cars, a big car can go in but you have to maneuver a little. A small car is preferable if you want to simplify the parking.
This comfortable apartment was acquired in 2020 as a second home by a Canadian-American couple who divide their time between California and Nice. Experienced hosts in the United States, the owners have entrusted the management of the short-term rental to BNB Groom Services, a local agency recognized for the quality of its services in Nice.
This residence has been tastefully decorated. It feels like home!
The apartment is easily accessible and equipped with new and quality furniture. It is fully air-conditioned in all the rooms and has two bedrooms (one queen bed and one double bed), opening directly onto a large terrace fully equipped with seating for 8 for outdoor dining. The private laundry room is located in a charming shed accessible from the terrace.
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room are fully equipped (glass cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, and convection oven) and offer everything you need to cook: Nespresso and a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, manual blender, electric tea kettle, blender, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans, etc.
The main room, sunny in the afternoon, has a charming dining area with a table for 4 people and nice bistro chairs, a large sofa and an electric reclining lounge chair as well as a 4k high-definition television. The living room opens onto a lovely private terrace in front of the building.
The two beautifully decorated bedrooms have curtains, nice bedding, and closets. One of the bedrooms offers a desk area. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In the entrance hall, there is a bench with storage space, coat hooks, and a full-length mirror.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
You will have access to the apartment and two private terraces. It is located in a small art deco style building of eight apartments. It is ground level and perfect for those who want to avoid stairs or small elevators. Roll your suitcase from the tramway station to the apartment effortlessly.
It is a very rare property in the center of Nice offering two private outdoor terraces, including a huge shaded patio to enjoy the mild climate of Nice and dine al fresco.

Neighborhood
- A residential area in the heart of the Carré d'Or (Golden Square), a sought-after location, close to all amenities, grocery stores, and cafes, within walking distance of several pedestrian areas, tourist attractions, and of course, the Promenade des Anglais, the Negresco Hotel and the beaches.
- The tramway and all amenities are a very short walk away. This lively neighborhood offers you the possibility to do all your food shopping on foot. ATM is a stone's throw away. A shopping cart and grocery bags are provided.
- There are many excellent restaurants and cafes in and around the neighborhood. In just a few minutes you can reach the pedestrian areas, Massena Square, and the old town for a greater variety and choice of bars and restaurants. The owners will send you a list of their favorites prior to your trip.
Transit
When you arrive from the airport you can take a cab, request an Uber driver, or take the tramway; a great means of transport in Nice, which will bring you to the Alsace Lorraine station (line 2), less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The location is well served by public transportation. The train station is 1km (0.6 miles) away on foot. The apartment is close to the main roads and the Promenade/Gambetta bus stop, served by numerous buses including the Sophia Express, connecting Nice to the Sophia Antipolis technology park.
You will also be able to come by car or rent a car at the airport and park in our private parking.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
