Positive: The location of the hotel is really good - within walking distance of most sightseeing spots in central London - and also close to public transport. The room was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would go back to the same hotel next visit.

Negative: The temperature of the shower was very inconsistent - cycling between warm and cold. I mentioned this to reception and they said they were aware of the problem and it was being fixed.
