Positive: The location is definitely very convenient - close to the train station, a metro station, and even within walking distance to the center if you prefer to walk. However, there are definitely things that need to be improved.

Negative: During our 5-night stay, no one cleaned the apartment even once. The mattress sinks on one side and is not comfortable to sleep on. The water in the sink doesn't drain properly, so it is constantly filling up with water. And the most important thing to note is that it is nowhere mentioned that the apartment is actually on the ground floor (even though you press floor 1 in the elevator). The window faces an inner courtyard and it gets quite noisy from parking cars and residents entering through the building door, which is right next to the apartment door.

Summary: Great location, but needs improvement.
