Nestled in between Nunhead, East Dulwich and Peckham Rye, this property is in the perfect location.
Peckham is filled with amazing cafés, restaurants, parks. Peckham has the added joy that nothing is too touristy or overdone. Many of Peckham's restaurants, bars and cafes are independent and a short walk away. Franks rooftop bar is a particularly popular spot with incredible views of central london including The Shard & The London Eye. The Victorian Bussey Building is a melting pot for artistic and creative activity, wind your way through the narrow back alleyways to discover everything from hipster cafes to pottery studios. This is a wonderfully diverse and multicultural area with a unique community spirit. The residents have rebelled against the mainstream and fight to keep their cool and quirky cinemas and supermarkets.
Peckham Rye Common is one of the best (and lesser known) parks in London, with landscaped parks, wooded areas, picnic spots, Japanese gardens, ponds, playgrounds and loads of parakeets living in the trees.
## Transit
Rail: Nunhead Station, Blockley Overground or Honour Oak Overground Stations have regular services to London Bridge (10 and 12 minutes respectively). Peckham Rye also offers regular services to Victoria and London Bridge in 12 minutes.

Getting away: Gatwick is about an hour away by car, or easily accessible by train via Clapham Junction.
