Positive: The location was absolutely outstanding — a beautiful, safe neighborhood and incredibly convenient. We were just a few blocks from Gloucester Underground Station (which we preferred for its quieter atmosphere) and an equal distance to Earl’s Court Station. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a Tesco Express nearby, which made everything easy. The apartment itself was modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall design and furnishings were beautiful.

Negative: Accessing the keys was slightly more challenging due to construction scaffolding, though the instructions provided were very clear. The layout was a bit unusual for us coming from North America — the living room is on the main floor, while the kitchen, bedrooms, and both bathrooms are located on the lower level. We were also unable to use the outdoor space due to construction, though the owner communicated this in advance (plus it winter so would not have used that space). Given the spaciousness of the bedrooms, king-size beds would be a wonderful upgrade for guests accustomed to North American accommodations.

Summary: A beautiful, modern flat in an exceptional location — quiet and a great base for exploring London
