Positive: The apartment was lovely, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with two bedrooms and two sofas in the living room, one of which was a sofa bed. The smaller bedroom had an en-suite bathroom but lacked a wardrobe, which was a bit inconvenient. Only the master bedroom had a wardrobe, though it was huge. The living room, dining area, and kitchen shared one large open-plan space. The kitchen was fully equipped, with excellent cabinets and appliances that were almost too nice for a rental, yet the dining table was scratched and the chairs were worn and frayed.
Negative: It wasn't particularly clean. The freezer contained empty cardboard ice cream cartons and some plastic bags, likely left behind by previous guests. The sofa near the door was covered in stains. Sounds from the other rooms could be heard through the walls. An unpleasant odor, coming from the utility room (a smell of dampness and mold), permeated the entire apartment. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets and towels smelled musty. There was no tumble dryer, even though the listing states that the apartment has one. The terraces had not been cleaned; the one facing the courtyard held a drying rack with towels and rags, which took up most of the space. The front terrace had some firewood and an ashtray full of cigarette butts and trash. The windows were not properly cleaned. The property definitely needs better management.
