The property is composed of two parts:
The villa and a private outbuilding.
This magnificent house, carefully decorated, consists of a large equipped kitchen open to the living room. Several spaces open to the outside are available to you: dining room with its large sliding bay windows and TV lounge area. A suite completes the ground floor of the villa. You will find a TV corner, a closet and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double sink.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with bathroom and the other with shower room. A large connecting terrace will offer you unique moments of relaxation.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
The basement of the house offers you a wellness area with its private spa and a gym with many facilities.
Finally, the exterior is breathtaking. You can enjoy a panoramic view at the edge of a large infinity pool. Your stay will oscillate between sunbathing, meals on the terrace, games of pétanque and walks in the green spaces.
An outbuilding is also at your disposal. It consists of a TV corner, a sleeping area, a large bathroom and a fitted kitchen. Everything is fully air-conditioned.
It has its own private terrace as well as access to the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

All the spaces of this villa are for travelers, we will ask each arrival of the tenants to take care of the place.

It is forbidden to smoke in the villa and we will ask you to smoke only outside with an ashtray with a bottom of water.
In summer our region is in drought and barbecues are therefore prohibited and water consumption is monitored by the authorities
A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested upon each arrival and will be returned at the latest 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been noted. In this case part or all may be retained.

The Pays de Fayence
In the Var, nine hilltop villages, with a remarkable medieval heritage, follow one another in the heart of preserved landscapes. This is the Pays de Fayence.
On a hillside, Fayence is famous for its international gliding center. Its winding streets, its watchtower, a vestige of the old castle of the bishops of Fréjus, its fountains and wash houses, its bread oven and its vestiges of ramparts make all its charm. Enter the large 18th century baroque church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and climb to the foot of the Clock Tower, where there is an orientation table, to have a very beautiful view of the roofs of the village and the surrounding mountains.
Balcon de l'Esterel, Montauroux is a succession of alleys, squares and fountains providing a peaceful atmosphere to this 11th century Provencal village. Not to be missed, the Saint-Barthélemy chapel and its rich interior decoration dating from the 17th and 18th centuries.
Perched on a rocky peak, the feudal castle of Callian is surrounded by typical medieval alleys, lined with old residences. As you climb to the highest point of the village, the Esterel and Tanneron massifs will reveal themselves before you. You can also see the glazed tile bell tower of the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption church.
At 814 meters above sea level, Mons is the highest village in the Pays de Fayence! Stroll through the old narrow streets, admire the beautiful baroque altarpieces of the church and enjoy an extraordinary panorama from the Place Saint-Sébastien.
What characterizes Tourrettes are its small staircases and vaulted passages. At the bend in one of the streets, you will reach the Place de l'Horloge, the highest point of the village and whose panorama of the Massif des Maures, the Esterel, and the sea in the distance, is simply magnificent!
If you like flowers, then the town of Tanneron will delight you, with its hills covered in mimosas. Their flowering, between December and March, will offer you a real visual and olfactory treat.
As for Seillans, it is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Cobbled streets, fountains, feudal castle, Saracen gate and 12th century church constitute its historical heritage.
Located on the edge of the Esterel massif, the village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt is surrounded by pine and oak forests. Lovers of old stones will enjoy strolling along its charming alleys and will visit the 18th century Saint-Paul church and the Saint-Joseph chapel. Located on the Pincounillier hill, the latter will offer you a very beautiful view of the surroundings.
Nestled in the heart of a preserved environment, the village of Bagnols-en-Forêt, with its pleasant wooded areas, is ideal for walks in the heart of nature where the viewpoints of the surrounding landscapes are not lacking. Nearby, the Blavet gorges whose rock walls reach 80 meters high are breathtaking.
