Having for many years successfully rented our previous home in Opio, we are now delighted to be able to offer you our beautiful recently rennovated new house in the next door village of Le Rouret. Situated on top of a hill, in a very quiet area offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea and the Alpes, the villa is close to all the local amenities, 10 minutes drive to Valbonne village with all its restaurants, 12 minutes to picturesque village of Saint Paul de Vence and 25 minutes to the hustle and bustle of Nice, Cannes, Juan les Pins and all the beaches. Local activities includes 2 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, canyoning or cycling.
The indoor space is large, mostly open plan, with lots of light coming through several sets of French doors opening onto the large south-facing terrace and garden. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a nice living area with fireplace and an open kitchen / dinning area. The house is equipped with UK and French television and WIFI connection.
A 5x12 m heated swimming pool is the ideal place to spend a few lazy days with a book and a glass of good French wine. A beautiful BBQ terrace looking towards the sea and several sitting areas around the villa were specially created to be able to enjoy your evenings on the Cote D’Azur !
A weekly cleaning and laundry service, gardener and pool cleaner are provided and included in the rental charge.
