Figue Olive is a beautiful stone-built family home set in a lovely terraced garden with lawns, in the hills above Châteauneuf, with panoramic views of the surrounding Côte d'Azur hills and the bay of Mandelieu La Napoule. The property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, reception room, open-plan dining room and designer kitchen with stone floors and air-conditioning throughout. All rooms were completely refurbished in 2007 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms. There's high-speed internet and a games room with Bose sound system and large (42 inch) plasma TV (french channels only).
The villa is set in over 3,000 m² of private grounds - olive grove and formal gardens planted with palms, oleander and lavender - in a peaceful and secure environment. There's a beautiful heated swimming pool (11 x 6 m) with a spacious pool terrace, plenty of loungers & parasols and table tennis table. Just 10 minutes from Valbonne and Grasse, 20 minutes to the coast and 40 minutes to Nice airport, it's the perfect setting for adults and children to relax and enjoy the best of the Côte d'Azur.
