Summary: we had a lovely four days. the host's mother gave us a great welcome and very generously let us pick produce from the vegetable garden and let us gather figs too. it is a very quiet area with lovely walks and a most beautiful forest with deer visible from the house on most days. the is so little light pollution that we are able to see the milky way.
