In this old farmhouse that we have completely renovated to create our furnished lodgings, that of La Margeride corresponds to the old dwelling house on the farm. With a surface of 140m², it allows us to offer a tourist rental for groups of up to 13 people.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room, pleasant so that everyone can move around safely. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully functional for making meals for all these little people! You will find ceramic hobs, a multifunction oven + a mini-oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, etc. In the back kitchen, which acts as a pantry, we completed the equipment with a freezer, a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board.
Here is a bedroom for 2 people, with its bathroom (which has a shower and a bathtub) and separate WC.
The other beds are on the 1st floor, arranged in 5 bedrooms: 4 with each 1 double bed, in 140 + 1 bedroom with 3 beds (a bunk bed with a 140 bed at the bottom and 1 90 bed at the top). On this floor, you will also have a bathroom and separate WC.
The cottage is also equipped with a fireplace for which wood is provided free of charge; it is supplemented by oil heating for the winter.
Outside the cottage, a large terrace awaits you, with its garden furniture, to which are added deckchairs and a barbecue. You will have a good time, no doubt, thanks to this lawn, closed and secure space.
