A Georgian white painted Manor House and the north wing has been converted to provide luxury fully furnished independent holiday accommodation for up to 4 people and 1 infant. It comprises 2 large double bedrooms with king size beds and views over the orchard and the courtyard; a large marble bathroom with shower, freestanding bath and his and hers basins. Downstairs there is a sitting room with flame effect electric fire, tv/dvd; separate cloakroom; study, large kitchen diner with dishwasher, electric oven and hob and microwave, utility room with washing machine and a conservatory facing south overlooking the courtyard. There is parking for 2 cars and use of the tennis court subject to availability. Balls and rackets can be provided subject to a deposit.

Summary: Very clean and well provisioned. Excellent attention to detail, very comfortable and extremely spacious. Superb base for touring the Weald and very convenient for Royal Tunbridge Wells.
