In the heart of nature, enjoy the calm of the countryside in our old Champagne farm renovated into an ecological gîte with the “Green Key” label. Our farm is located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by forests and meadows, ideal location for hiking, cycling or nature observation and very close to Lac du Der with its many activities (5 km). We renovated this half-timbered farmhouse, highlighting traditional local architecture and using healthier, eco-friendly, eco-friendly materials. The sober and careful decoration gives you a warm atmosphere in an authentic setting but with all modern comfort. - Ground floor: a large fully equipped kitchen (wood stove, TV), a living room (sofa bed, TV, Bluray), 2 private bedrooms (140X190 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. - First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 180X200 beds or 4 90X200 beds), a living area with 2 sofa beds (TV, DVD) and a baby bed with mosquito net. Capacity: approved 2 ears of corn for 6 people, our cottage can accommodate additional people (10€ per person/day beyond 6 and up to 8). At your disposal, a large reserved parking lot in the farm courtyard, a secure storage room, a sheltered hangar (not enclosed) for trailer parking, a private terrace with barbecue with 500 m² of lawn (not enclosed), a massif of spices and flowers as well as vast common green spaces made up of an orchard, a garden and a wooded plot of magnificent oaks with cabins, hammocks... With a little patience, you will observe the deer eat in our donkey's enclosure and with luck, they will pass in front of your terrace! ELECTRICITY AND WOOD: 8KWH electricity free/day, beyond that pay the supplement on site. Wood: €60 per stere (Estimate based on consumption €30 on average/week.) Pay on site.
