Positive: Lovely location and good property

Negative: We experienced very poor customer service. When we had trouble accessing the key safe and called for help, the host was rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting us, he kept telling us to read the instructions. The way he spoke to us was unacceptable and left us feeling belittled. It really impacted our overall experience.
