Positive: The location of the Domaine Perigord Vacances is really great, in a beautiful valley, with two large swimming pools and a pool bar being the centre of activities. Most of the chalets are nicely and conveniently located under the trees, with views on the valley and the pools.

Negative: We were unlucky to be located in an old chalet, poorly insulated, located in an isolated part of the Domaine, without almost any shade. As this was during a 40 deg heat wave and there is no air conditioning, nor even a fan in the chalet, staying in the chalet during the day, even for a short while, was simply impossible.

Summary: Great starting point to visit Dordogne provided you are lucky with quality & location of your chalet
