Positive: Closeness to the grotto, clean rooms and public areas

Negative: The rooms didn’t have any facilities for morning tea or coffee or the usual gesture of a water bottle. They didn’t have a kettle or glasses which is a common feature in any hotel. Even though we had booked for three people, the room only had two towels. I had booked a station transfer on the date of departure but didn’t know it was confirmed until the driver came to the entrance and the front desk on the day couldn’t confirm.

Summary: The place was close to the grotto but not comfortable to stay in due to the lack of facilities
