THE DOMAIN
Relax and rejuvenate in a lovingly, recently restored what was a derelict château in Lézignan la Cèbe. 12 new houses were created and 3 individual apartments. The whole domain, enclosed and gated, is exclusive, charming and surrounded with plants and greenery. There is a 6 m x 14 m communal swimming pool (large and sunny) for the benefit of the residents and their guests. Gated car park provides adequate parking for all.
The 3 bedroom villa has 5 bed and accommodates 6 people.
The space
OUR VILLA:
Our villa is one of the new houses built just beside the château.
ROUND FLOOR: Master bedroom with en-suite shower room; separate WC. Living room, dining area and kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD included.
FIRST FLOOR: Family bathroom and separate WC. Two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and a walk in shower. The other has two full size bunk beds. to the delight of the Young and old. GARDENS: Both the front and back gardens are graveled and planted. The back, which overlooks the village and mountains beyond, is ideal for breakfast in the sun (or shade if you prefer!) There is a shaded terrace at the front, complete with table and chairs, large sun umbrella, reclining armchairs and a built-in barbeque, perfect for a relaxing evening supper with family or a romantic dinner in the dying rays of the summer sun.
Other things to note
Due to the low rental cost for a long rental period. For a rental of 30 days and over, utilities are payable per usage. The meter will be read at arrival and departure, and 50 euros payable for end of stay cleaning.
