Située à Saint-Étienne-De-Mer-Morte, à la limite de la Vendée, dans un environnement boisé et vallonné, cette villa d'inspiration italienne posée dans un paysage bucolique vous transporte dès le premier regard dans les ambiances romantiques de la Toscane. Très lumineuse, spacieuse (750 m²), rénovée entre 2013 et 2022, cette maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes est vraiment faite pour les vacances alliant campagne et proximité des plages. De plus, la piscine chauffée et sécurisée (11 m x 5 m) située à 30 m de la maison, un tennis, un billard, une table de ping-pong et un piano occuperont tous les membres de la famille.
