The outdoor space is furnished with large dining table (for 10 people) and the spacious living room offers comfortable seating areas. The huge garden of 8000m2 is ideal for lazing and sunbathing while enjoying a snack and a drink of your choice. There is a large space in front of the house for all cars. Note: You will find air conditioning in a large bedroom and on the first floor, it is forbidden to enter with shoes because of the oiled wooden floorboards. A security deposit of EUR 200,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
